Android Mobile Devices: Add Account

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Applications button.
  2. Tap the "Email" icon.
  3. If this is your first email account, you will be presented with an email setup screen. Tap the "Next" button. Otherwise, press the "Menu" button, tap "Accounts", press the "Menu" button and that "Add Account.
  4. Enter your entire email address (e.g., someone@mydomain.com).
  5. In the second box, enter the password for your email account.
  6. Tap the "Manual Setup" button.

Android Mobile Devices: Incoming Mail Server

  1. Tap the "POP" button.
  2. User Name: Enter your entire email address (e.g., someone@mydomain.com).
  3. Password: Enter the password for your email account.
  4. POP3 server: Enter mail.websrvcs.com
  5. Security type: None
  6. Port: 110
  7. Tap the "Next" button. The device will connect to the Internet and check your incoming settings.

Android Mobile Devices: Outgoing Mail Server

  1. SMTP server: Enter mail.websrvcs.com
  2. Security Type: None
  3. Port: 587
  4. Tap the "Require sign-in" checkbox.
  5. Tap the "Next" button. The device will connect to the Internet and check your outgoing settings.
  6. On the "Account options" screen, make changes as desired.
